Anna first met yoga as an undergraduate at the University of Delaware when she found a Yoga for Dummies DVD in the $5 bin on a routine trip to Blockbuster. That led her to take classes at the university gym, a habit that continued through college. It was in grad school that she really noticed the impact the classes had on stress levels - it was the only hour a week Anna wasn't drowning in anxiety as an overloaded grad student! She kept coming back and has been the case ever since… and no matter where Anna is in the world or life, you can catch her rolling her mat out.
There have been innumerable lessons over the past decade+ of practice, with the most important lessons being self-love and self-acceptance, and the importance of play and going with the flow. Anna teaches group classes, as well as private sessions.
