Week one

This week we set the GPS on 9 areas of our life.

Week one:

This week we outlined 9 areas of our life and rated them from 1-10 (10 being totally great/working, and 1 being completely ineffective). We then rated those areas on level of importance to work on. Finally, we chose one area and outlined 3-5 action steps we can take this week to move towards working on that area. Video below. Enjoy!
